Hello you.  We don’t actually collect any personal data or information from your visit to our website.  But, apparently GDPR requires that we allow you to opt out (or in) to the process of capturing ‘cookies’ - which, in case you didn’t know, simply keeps some of the pages you look at stored in your computer or phone, so next time you visit it downloads quicker.  It also means of course that if a website has updated recently, page content might need ‘refreshing’ - just reload a couple of times, or hit Shift-reload for a completely fresh look at the site without referring to anything stored.  That’s all folks.
